After thinking about the feedback given, I made some changes to my assignment.

Firstly, I decided to work on an idea I had which was about bbq food. The sketches are below:








After which, I traced it using pen tool to illustrator. I played around with the colour to make the the bbq message more apparent and yet retain some colour consistency with the first design.

For the first design, I reduced the size and reposition the structure of the lamp as commented by my fellow peers. The results are below:
